Venetian Harbour tour

Rethymnon is such a graphic place to visit and it is so easy to fall in love with it immediately. Cretan Harmony Cruises are here to introduce you to one of the most attractive places in Rethymno, the Venetian Harbor that was built in the 13th century.

It is really impressive that it is still in very good condition although so many years have passed. Nowadays, it is used only for small fishing boats, which make the scenery more idyllic. It is a place that many people, locals and tourists, prefer to visit on their daily walk, since the view from there is fantastic. The lighthouse that stands proudly at the edge of the harbor, was built from the Egyptians in 1830 and has an easy access. It is 9 meters high.

With the calm movement of the sea you can enjoy the view of the old harbor, the imposing lighthouse and  the lights at night that give another dimension to the town.

It is a unique opportunity to see from our yacht this side of Rethymnon.

Bali Crete boat trips

Used to be a village only for fishermen but now is transformed into a great seaside resort. Cretan Harmony Cruises gives you the ability to visit Bali relaxed and with comfort.

Bali is a coastal village, on the east side of Rethymnon city. The name in Greek means honey and the fact that is facing to the west, makes the sea almost every time calm and windless. The waters are cool due to the springs from Psiloritis Mountain that end there.

Bali has four sandy and cosy beaches with clear blue water. The beaches are well organized and are perfect not only for families and children but also for couples and romantic moments. You can choose between several restaurants and taverns and enjoy fresh local food. The longest beach in Bali, is called Livadi. It took its name because of the valley nearby. Sandy, with clear waters, is more likely to be affected by the wind than the others. It is very well organized and has easy access to the restaurants.

Next bay is Varkotopos, an amazing beach with gravel and gold sand. It has been awarded with the “Blue Flag”, well organized with umbrellas and sunbeds. The waters are clear and shallow, perfect for children and all the essential comforts are next to you.

Further, you will meet the old port, the beach Limani. Also an organized beach with greyish-brown and beautiful waters. It is close to restaurants and shops. And last but not least is the Karavostasis beach, a beach that stands out. With mountain view and turquoise waters is perfect for swimming, snorkelling and diving.

Sunset in Rethymno cruise

Wherever you are, the sun always sets. Sunsets always give a positive feeling and optimistic side of life. The Sun symbolizes the ultimate cosmic energy – an energy that allows all things to grow and extend. And in Rethymno you will have this blessing every day, a bright sun in all its phases.

Due to the Aegean and Mediterranean Seas, Rethymnon creates the most outstanding sunsets. Sunset in Rethymno has nothing to be jealous of the known sunsets in other Greek islands.

Cretan Harmony Cruises can show you the sunset as you the sunset as you have never seen before. It will charm you with its amazing and powerful colors. Pink, purple, orange and yellow notes are filling the sky and your soul. At sunset time, the entire city is painted by warm colors that give a familiar sense, like you are home. At the sea, the sun becomes one with the blue waters, like a hug that leaves the last light of the day to the waves.

With our tour you can see the old historical Venetian Port of Rethymno and the lighthouse (the second largest remaining Egyptian lighthouse in Greece, one of the main symbols of the city) during the sunset.

They both are impressive by themselves, but you will have the opportunity for a breathtaking experience when they transform under the colors of the sunset, waking up your imagination and inspiration. When you are witnessing a sunset in Rethymno, all your senses are alive, you become part of that magical moment. Its like a small fire that goes off slowly and harmonically.

And this is an experience that Cretan Harmony Cruises assures you that you will never forget.
